We offer a 10 year comprehensive guarantee on our Stone Bound and Stone Carpet products. On our other products, Stone Bonded, Soft Surface, Artificial Grass and Flexi Bound, we offer a 5 year comprehensive guarantee.

If the Tygar Surfacing system that is applied to you internal or external area should suffer from either UV radiation or atmospheric degradation, frost damage, colour change, cracks or lose adhesion from the base surface to which it is applied within the 5/10 years (depending on the product installed) from the date of completion then Tygar Surfacing will furnish sufficient replacement materials and labour required to effect the necessary repair, completely without charge.

This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from subsidence, major building movement and structural defects by mechanical or physical causes.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
